The only negative is I was confused on some of the details of where the file actually was in the process. Had thought it was at chfa much earlier than it actually was so it was frustrating to learn it wasn’t where we thought it was. Amanda’s communication was excellent as far as keeping in close contact with our client and me. Thank you
